Professional assessment
A contractor will visit the property to verify work and prevent surprises before moving forward.

Agree on a plan &
sign the contract
Once the renovation plan is finalized, the homeowner signs a contract with Upkeyz to move forward.

Step 4
Funding allocated
Upkeyz funds all agreed-upon work upfront. The homeowner pays at closing, directly out of sale proceeds.
No fees, no interest, no surprise charges.

Select a start date for construction
Work with your contractor to schedule a timeline that works for you.
Step 6
Market-ready!
Once the renovations are complete, your home will be listed on the market.


Step 7
Successful sale
After your home sells, the renovation costs are paid from the sale proceeds at closing and are based on a pre-agreed fixed fee.
